Outpatient Services at Sobriety House

At Sobriety House, we’re dedicated to supporting lifelong recovery through comprehensive outpatient services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our outpatient programs encourage clients to utilize a range of support resources beyond Sobriety House to build a robust support network, empowering them to reintegrate successfully into daily life.

We currently offer both Traditional Outpatient (TOP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, each providing structured care and community support.

Traditional Outpatient Program (TOP)

TOP is currently available to clients who have completed residential treatment at Sobriety House, with plans to expand eligibility soon.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Now Accepting Clients!

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for those seeking structured recovery support. This 12-week program offers a focused, intensive schedule to help individuals stay connected and accountable in their recovery journey.

Outpatient Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is available for both IOP and TOP clients, based on counselor availability. While residential clients receive priority, outpatient clients are welcome to schedule individual sessions as our counselors’ caseloads allow.
