Our Properties

Sobriety House’s properties are all residential, which gives treatment here a very home-like feel rather than an institutional one.

Main Campus

Sobriety House’s Main Campus is in the Baker Neighborhood. It is made up of the original house at 121 Acoma Street, as well the two houses right next door, 107 Acoma Street, and 121 W 1st Ave. This campus can hold a total of 32 clients at any one time. The campus is co-ed, but each house is gender specific. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walking distance to S Broadway.


Stepping Stone

Stepping Stone is a Victorian house located in the Capitol Hill area of Denver off of 14th Ave and Elizabeth Street. This house can hold a total of 14 clients. This house is situated in a good walking area, close to restaurants, the Denver Botanical Gardens, and other area amenities. More importantly, it is close to the York Street Club where many clients attend outside 12-Step meetings.


Gaylord Apartments

The Gaylord Apartments are located near 14th and Gaylord Street in Capitol Hill.  Gaylord houses 13 apartments for sober living.  This property is very close to Stepping Stone, which means it is also easy walking to restaurants, the Denver Botanical Gardens, and the York Street Club.


Phoenix Concept

Phoenix Concept is located in Lakewood, near Colfax and Saulsbury in the 40 West Arts creative district. This property is home to 12 clients at a time, has easy access to public transportation, and multiple 12-step meetings are available nearby.
